Mesothelioma and Work Exposure

Mesothelioma is more frequent among those who work with asbestos. Those who do construction jobs firefighters, military veterans or firefighters are at a higher risk.

Mesothelioma mostly affects the lung's lining (pleural mesothelioma) or the abdomen. In rare cases it can affect the testicles and the heart.

Signs and symptoms
